You can join as many groups as you like.

You can see all of your groups on the homepage. You can also see groups which you are a member of from the Groups homepage.

If you can't see a group which accurately reflects your interests or needs, please email us  about your group suggestion and we will take a decision on creating it.

You can sign up to the Community from the landing page by clicking on the register button.

All posts are moderated before going live by our Financial Education community consultants. Your post will go live shortly or you will be contacted with the reason why not.

Hours of moderation are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

When we set up a group, we decide which user groups, normally based on your employer can view and take part in that group.

Use the contact us link on the site.

To stop following a group, you need to navigate to your settings where you select unfollow.

You can change your password by accessing the settings button  on the top right hand side of the site once you’ve logged in.

Click on 'settings' to visit your profile. You wil be taken to the notifications tab. You can see all the groups and events notifications  that you are subscribed to via email  and can unsubscribe from each group individually.

If you are unsure, please e-mail us.  Email is not a secure form of communication and you should not email us with any personal information about you or personal details about your pension or savings with us. For similar reasons, we will not reply by email if to do so would compromise your security.

Your profile is your chance to tell the other Community members about yourself. Include the reason why you have visited the site,  about you as a person or just a friendly hello! It's up to you what you write, but please remember to follow the community guidelines.

If you think someone has broken our Community Guidelines then please email us with as much information about the situation as you have. A Financial education community consultant will deal with the situation appropriately. Please don't try to sort it out yourself.

Yes you can. You can upload a profile photo (or avatar) to your profile. It doesn't have to be your face; you can feature your beloved pet, a cartoon or anything else you fancy, as long as you own the copyright and abide by the community guidelines.

Follow the link on the webinar page which will take you to where you can register. You will receive an email confirmation of your place on the webinar.

You can upload a profile picture by  clicking on settings and then choosing the My Account tab. Find a picture that you like by clicking 'browse' and then 'Upload and use image'

Follow the link on your email confirmation and then simply follow the on screen instructions.

It's up to you how much you write about yourself. If you don't want to share too much information yet then don't worry, there's no rush. As long as you don't share any off-site links, personal contact information or content which breaches our guidelines then your profile is a blank canvas for you to fill.

The webinar page on the site will be kept up to date with future webinars you can attend.

All the discussions taking place in our community are located within a group.

In order for you to take part in discussions in a group, we ask you to join or follow that group. You will then become a member of a group.

No they cannot see your screen or access your terminal in any way, unless you actively give them permission to do so.

Is a conversation within a group which contains an original post and any replies made by members of the community.

Yes please use the forum associated with the webinar to ask questions and discuss it.

Is a single message within a discussion. We encourage members to reply to posts to help build up discussions across the site.

A notification is an activity message from the site about a single piece of activity which has happened on the site. This could be one of the following activities:

-          Joining a group

-          Posting a discussion or a reply

-          A new webinar or poll in a group you are following has been listed

-          Making or replying to a status update

The activity feed is on the Community home page once you’ve logged in. It is made of a list of recent activity, e.g. updates on forums you are following or new webinars you might want to sign up for.
